Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the RateShield.AI platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RateShield delivers scored, hyper-targeted public construction leads and related intelligence to subscribed subcontractors. Leads are sourced from public records and third-party data; we do not guarantee the award, value, or outcome of any opportunity.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to bind the business you represent.

• Plans, prices, and territories are presented at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated.
• Taxes are added where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape lead data outside the Service.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Share account access with parties outside your business.

The Service, including the scoring models, dashboards, and aggregated data presentation, is owned by RateShield.AI Ltd and licensed — not sold — to you for the duration of your subscription.

Leads incorporate public tender data and third-party signals. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but provide the data “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RateShield.AI Ltd is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice prior to taking effect.
